Leading Edge for Veterinarians - Subscription Change Request

The below form can be used by a Practice Manager / Owner to manage the students on their Leading Edge Subscription. You may use this form to request the following changes:
- Adding a new student(s) subscription to your current plan
- Remove a student(s) from your subscription plan (Please note the minimum subscription includes 5 seats)
- Replace a student(s) replace one student leaving with a new student staring the course.
Please Note your Leading Edge subscription includes up to 5 subscriptions as a minimum. You can add additional seats to your subscription charged at $59 AUD ex gst per student per month.

If any changes to student enrolment - whether additions or removals - result in a modification to the monthly billable amount, and such changes are submitted within seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled billing date, the adjustments will not take effect until the following billing cycle. This policy ensures accurate processing and avoids disruptions to the billing system.

NB All new students will begin the Leading Edge program from Week 1 of the course regardless of the progress of the rest of your team. This is to ensure the integrity of the course content is maintained for all students.

Replacing a Student(s)

Please be advised that our minimum subscription includes up to 5 seats. If you are unenrolling and enrolling an equal amount of students (ie unenrol 1 and enrol 1) your billing will not be affected.

If you are unenrolling an uneven amount of students (ie unenrol 1 and enrol 2) your monthly billing amount will be updated to reflect this.

Please note that all students being 'replaced' (unenrolled) will have their access to VetHub removed immediately as the students replacing them will be given immediate access.
Adding a New Student

Please be advised that by adding a new student below your current subscription will increase by $59 AUD ex gst per student per month (unless you have available seats in your current subscription - ie 4 current students but paying for 5).

Your subscription will be amended as per note above, and any students you add will receive immediate access to vetHub.

Removing a Student(s)

Please be advised that our minimum subscription includes up to 5 seats. Once the below student(s) are removed your billing will only be updated if you have had more than 5 students on your subscription.

For example if you had 6 students on your subscription and are now removing one student you will now only pay for the minimum subscription which is 5 students.

Please note - for any students you are removing, their access will be retained until the end of this billing cycle.
